GREETINGS

Maintaining its interdisciplinary character, this year AHPSYRR (in hungarian: RODOSZ) organizes a topic related conference open to participants from various fields of science including liberal arts/humanities, social sciences, science, technology and engineering, medicine and arts.

Among the changes in this year’s conference is that the applicants will not only have to present their papers, but they will need to undertake the opponent’s role by evaluating and giving feedback to other presenters’ studies. The useful and stimulating feedbacks received this way may contribute to improvement of the study.

The papers presented for the conference are to be published in a collection of studies.

TOPICS

Cultivating science requires both innovation and creativity.

The meaning of the word innovation reflects something new; at the same time it also embraces the notion of renewal and change either functionally or qualitatively.

Participants may apply with studies focusing on innovation and creativity in any kind of academic aspect.

SPECIAL FEATURE

Among this year’s requirements the applicants not only have to present their papers, but they need to undertake the opponent’s role by evaluating and giving feedback to other presenters’ studies. The feedbacks received this way may contribute to improvement of the study. Regardless of the topic of their own studies, opponents may give a professional feedback to all presentations.

In our attempt to emphasize the role of innovation and creativity in scientific life, two prizes will be awarded during the reception in the following categories:

  • The Winner of the Most Innovative Topic (selected by academic professionals) receives a Skagen watch.
  • The Winner of the Most Creative Presentation (selected by the audience) receives a prize to be revealed only during the reception.

The working languages of the conference are Hungarian and English.
